Welcome to FashionAveMom! Below you’ll find all the details on how shipping works for both in-stock and preorder items.

FashionAveMom sources many items as pre-orders.
This means items may take 10–20 business days to arrive depending on the supplier and demand.

  • Pre-order items will say “Pre-Order” on the product page

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages

  • Tracking is provided once the item is on its way

  • If there are delays, updates will be posted in the Facebook Group

Processing Times


In-Stock Items

  • Orders ship within 2–4 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.


Preorder Items

Many of our items are preorders so we can guarantee the best styles and sizes for you.

  • Preorder items typically ship within 10–21 business days (depending on the supplier and item).

  • Preorders and in-stock items may ship separately.

Please note: Preorder timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production or shipping delays. We will always keep you updated if anything changes.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard U.S. delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

(Delivery times are after processing.)

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your package is picked up by the carrier.

 

Combined Shipping

If you order a mix of preorder and in-stock items:

  • Your in-stock items may ship first.

  • Your preorder items will ship once they arrive.

This allows you to get what’s ready as fast as possible.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

FashionAveMom is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address entry

  • Carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.)

If you need help with a missing package, contact us — we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you enter the wrong address, contact us ASAP.
Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted.
