Returns

Because we offer many preorder and limited drop items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preorder delays

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We will replace or refund the item depending on availability.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If the item is eligible (damaged/incorrect), we will process a replacement if stock allows.

Cancellations

Preorders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are not available.

In-stock orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Preorders allow us to offer more sizes, styles, and tall-friendly fits without selling out too quickly. Here’s everything you need to know.

 

What is a preorder?

A preorder is an item purchased before it is physically in stock. This guarantees you receive your size before it sells out.

 

How long do preorders take?

Preorder items ship in approximately 10–21 business days, depending on the product and supplier.

Each item description includes an estimated ship date.

 

Will my preorder ship with the rest of my order?

If you purchase both in-stock and preorder items:

  • In-stock items may ship first

  • Preorders will ship once they arrive

This helps you get your ready items faster.

 

Do preorders ever get delayed?

Very rarely, but yes — holiday seasons, customs, or supplier delays can extend timelines slightly.

We will contact you immediately if delays occur.

 

Can I cancel a preorder?

Preorders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, all preorder sales are final.

 

How will I know when it ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your preorder is fulfilled.
