Returns

Because we offer many preorder and limited drop items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preorder delays

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We will replace or refund the item depending on availability.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If the item is eligible (damaged/incorrect), we will process a replacement if stock allows.

 

Cancellations

Preorders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are not available.

In-stock orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

 

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
