Today we are featuring this beautiful black, white, and grey themed nursery created by the fabulous Myla for her second child. This time she decided to go with a fun mountain themed nursery. Here is how she created this fabulous room! Disclosure: this post contains some affiliate links.
Well this is my second kid and I wanted to have a white crib for my second nursery so I decided to do a black, white and grey theme nursery. The hubby wanted to have colors so I incorporated orange in there. I love statement walls so I decided to do a chalkboard statement wall which you can buy from home depot here. This is incase I decide to have another kid and my boys have to share room, I can always change the design of the statement wall. The rest of the walls are pixel white by Behr (here).
I didn’t want to spend a lot on the room so I bought this Graco classic crib from a discount store, new for $60. You can also find it in amazon or wayfarer here.
I wanted black and white stripe rug so I found on in overstock for a great price. You can find it here.
The gray zig zag teepee is from hobby lobby. With a 40% coupon, I got it for $60! You can find a similar one here.
I found this great light grey glider here. The orange ottoman was a thrift find and upcycled by me.
I wanted white modern dresser so I went to Ikea and found the Hemnes dresser (here).
The “clever fox” painting is done by me but the frame is from Michaels. The rest of the prints you can find in etsy for $5 and I just thrifted frames or got some from Michaels.
The “J” initials and the black arrow are both DIY projects. The letters and arrows are from Michaels and as well as the white crate basket on top of the dresser and the white crate basket for toys on the floor.
The Black laundry basket, the diaper changing pad cover, and the orange lamp are also from Target.
The throw blankets (black and white stripes) are from Ikea (here) and the grey and white ones are from Home Goods.
The mobile was a DIY inspired by pinterest. The mobile itself is from ebay. It plays classical music and the stuff attachments are DIY (materials from Michaels).
Special thank you to Myla for sharing this adorable nursery!
We are loving this room so much!
