
Mommies, let’s be honest. Not everyone is an athletic fitness gym extraordinaire. Once we give birth, we don’t suddenly transform to the female versions of Rocky, even though the pressure we place on ourselves believe otherwise. You want your pre-baby body back? You have to find that balance you are going to STICK WITH! If you never hit the gym 3 hours a clip before your baby, you might not be able to get into that regimen after. And that is OKAY! A Little Resistance Goes a Long Way!

You can wrap these around your ankles for an awesome thigh workout, or simply pull at them for a great chest and arm workout. Perfect addition to your makeshift mommy gym! Step it Up!
I think a stepper is the perfect exercise staple that you can hide in a closet or under the bed! You can do a step workout on YouTube, simply walk on the thing, or leap up and down for joy!
