Mom life can be pretty crazy at times! There are always so many things to do that you tend to forget to take care of yourself. There are times in the day where I just totally forgot to eat. My favorite way to keep my body fueled is by making a quick and delicious protein smoothie. Disclosure: this post contains some affiliate links. My favorite brand of protein powder is the Vanilla Slender Blend Protein Powder from Protein World. It has been my favorite for the past three years and I don’t see making any changes anytime soon! I can create so many yummy protein smoothies using the vanilla protein powder. It’s sweet enough so I don’t need to add any sugar or sweetener to it. Enjoying a yummy protein smoothie has been my key to losing baby weight and extra weight.
Here is one of my favorite smoothie recipes that makes for a delicious and quick breakfast or lunch.
